How We Work

First Impressions Home Staging offers two levels of service to accommodate your needs and budget:

Recommendations-Only Service

(This option is for clients who prefer to stage their home themselves)
  • First Impressions Home Staging Inc. will meet with the seller and/or realtor and conduct a walk-through of the property to assess the Staging needs.
  • A detailed recommendations report broken down by room will be sent to the seller and/or realtor within one week.

Full-Service Implementation*

  • First Impressions Home Staging Inc. will conduct a walk-through of the property to assess the Staging needs and provide a recommendations report to the seller and/or realtor within one week.
  • FIHS will meet with seller (and realtor if preferred) in person or via phone to review the recommendations report, determine which recommendations will be implemented, develop a schedule, and create a budget.
  • If using rented furniture: FIHS will serve as liaison for the furniture rental company, provide list of furniture recommendations, and will be on site for delivery and removal.
  • Home staging accessories will be provided by FIHS per the arranged plan and budget.
  • FIHS will provide recommendations for any third party vendors such as painters or electricians if home-owner does not have preferred contacts.
  • Storage solutions will also be addressed.

*First Impressions Home Staging Inc. will use client's existing furniture or bring in rental furniture
